
Customer Feedback in the time of COVID-19
During the challenges we are currently facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is always great to receive positive customer feedback about our calibration services.
In light of recent government communications and in order to prioritise the safety of our workforce and customers, our available time and resources have been reduced. Our team have therefore had to accommodate and prioritise customer demands to ensure they can maintain their operations.
With this particular customer, our usual engineer was unable to attend due to self isolation and so one of our dedicated team volunteered to help out in his absence. They provided the service that the customer required within the desired timescale…
